I love the one minute paper idea. I do use it in my lessons when I can remember. The only problem is that I am bad a taken critisism. So If the comment ain't nice then I make that student PAY. So based on that I think this lesson was WONDERFUL.

The one minute paper is a very tried and trusted assessment method which a lot of us use. I have used it since I saw Jennie Kitteringham demonstrate when I was going through initial teacher training. The slight differnce in that I am asking for the answers in writing via a blog... That's where the "experiment" comes in. I'm not taking on too much with it but just adapting what I already do. One of my objectives for trying it this way is to encourage staff to access a blog even if it is just to comment. They can then see that it is a two-way communication.
